Step by step guide on how to buy your own home at Westville Homes.
Step 1 - Product & Site Visit
Westville Homes representative presents the project to the buyer. This includes the information about whole product, model units available, amenities, computation and financing options applicable to the buyers.
Step 2 - Reservation
This is the time that the buyer already decides the location of his/her unit that he/she wants to reserved. The buyer will have to fill out the Buyers Information Sheet and sign the Reservation Contract. The purchase is only effective after paying the Reservation Fee with official receipt at the Westville Homes office.
Step 3 - Buyers Orientation
After paying and signing the reservation the deposit and contract, Westville Homes representative orients the buyer about the process after reservation, documentation, requirements needed and house construction. Subdivision policies and move-in / turn over.
Step 4 - Documentations and Requirements Finalization
Once the buyer already collate his/her requirements for whatever timeline given to his/her that will depend on his/her financing institution (HDMF, Bank Financing or In House Financing) he/she have to submit it 30 days before submission to any financing institution.
Step 5 - Turnover of Unit
Once the financing / loan is approved, down payment or equity fully paid, the unit is already constructed and the buyer approved the unit. The buyer is given a move-in permit and we can turn over the unit keys to the new homeowner.
